Just a nice choice for a city break in Oberau with fantastic value for money. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals, which made our stay enjoyable. Try to arrive early to avoid the limited parking situation.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
Truly loved the modern design with huge windows! The view of the mountains was stunning, and the cozy lights provided a warm atmosphere. Easy access to both nature walks and nearby ski areas really made it special.
Sadly, parking availability was limited during peak hours! Instead of an inviting welcome, I felt rushed right after arrival. I expected more attention to detail given the property's quality.

Breaking it down, plain and simple
Our stay was a true delight, featuring a modern room with huge windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The well-equipped kitchen made self-catering easy, and the nearby river added a serene ambiance. The facility was impeccably organized, and the kid-friendly games outside were a lovely touch for families.

Had an amazing time enjoying all the kitchen essentials for a cozy home-cooked meal and relaxing on the sun terrace with a good book! The garden area offered a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. The only hitch was the steep hill back to the hotel, but a bus stop is conveniently located at the bottom, making it easy to get around. 😊

Had a great time at this spot! The Studio with Mountain View had these massive windows, giving a breathtaking view of the mountains. Fresh air kept the room cozy, perfect for chilling. The kitchenette was a lovely surprise, stocked with everything we needed to whip up meals, from a toaster to frying pans. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony next to the creek, making it a peaceful escape to unwind after our ski days. But it wasn't all smooth sailing—there was a weird smell in the room, probably from the kitchen, a bit of a turn-off. we had two small doonas instead of one large one, which was kind of awkward for cuddling up at night. Plus, it could’ve been great to have a wine bottle opener for our celebratory drinks.

The Studio with Mountain View was a total gem! The kitchen was stocked like a pro, making self-catering a breeze. Plus, chilling on the balcony with serene river views was the icing on the cake. I loved being right next to that cute creek for some peaceful downtime.
Honestly, zero complaints. My wife and I usually expect something to go sideways, but this place was spotless and cozy. Though the hill was a workout, it just added to our memorable stay!

The Studio with Mountain View was a real highlight with huge windows framing the stunning views of the mountains, and it had a cozy atmosphere thanks to the well-placed lighting. Being right next to a cute creek for some peaceful downtime was a perfect touch for winding down after a day outside.
The room did come with two small doonas instead of one large one, which felt a bit awkward. I also noticed a weird smell that seemed to come from the kitchen, likely leftover from a previous guest. Plus, there was no wine bottle opener in the kitchenette, which was a disappointment for a celebratory drink. These little quirks put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise a solid stay.

The Studio with Mountain View was super cozy! The huge windows gave amazing views of the mountains, and the vibe was just right with soft lighting. Plus, the kitchen was packed with everything we needed for self-catering! Just a tad annoying that the room had small doonas instead of one big one, and there was a weird smell from the kitchen. But the location next to the creek made up for it!
